Return/Refund

Damages and Issues
Email us for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item, along with your order ID.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the process and designated location for sending your package. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

We will inform you upon receiving and examining your return, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of approval, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.
