All our items are shipped via USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will manage and deliver the item once it reaches your country.
All orders are dispatched from our USA factory. Once shipped, deliveries typically occur within the specified timeframe.

We begin production promptly upon receiving your order. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please notify us immediately. However, please note that we have a limited window for modifications. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing. RETURN
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.
Email us for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received including a photo of the item, along with your order ID.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the process and designated location for sending your package. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
