Delivery Times
• All items are manufactured On-Demand and typically shipped from our USA factory within 3-5 business days.
• Free shipping comprises USPS standard shipping within the United States and either USPS or DHL for international orders.
How long does it take to arrive?
• USA: 2-6 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• UK and most of EU: 5-15 business days
• Australia/NZ: 8-20 business days
• Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

Returns
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return
In order to qualify for a return, the item must remain in the condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Some items, such as custom products (personalized items) cannot be returned as they cannot be restocked.
Damages and Issues
Email us for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item, along with your order ID.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the process and designated location for sending your package. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
We will inform you upon receiving and examining your return, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of approval, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, kindly reach out to us at petitesparkleshop@gmail.com.
Please Note: The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
